Investments Practices

Bond Allocation:
Individual Taxable bonds will be limited to AAA rated securities such as U. S. Treasuries, Government Agency’s, TVA’s, FDIC Insured Certificates of Deposits, Insured Corporate Bonds, ect, ect. Individual Municipal bonds purchased shall Be AAA rated and insured. Any debt investments that are rated below AAA, shall be purchased VIA a low cost mutual fund or a low cost exchange traded fund.

Stock Allocation:
No penny or bulletin board stock will be purchased for investors. Exchange traded funds and low cost open-end mutual funds will be used for stock allocations. No individual stock purchase will exceed 10% of a customer’s liquid net worth. Covered Call writing strategies will be utilized for clients on both exchange traded funds and individual stocks. Clients will only be allowed to open up Level A option accounts. Naked option writing will not be allowed.
